Spanish Ham Origins (approved by the INDO):

The INDO label insures that the ham you’re eating has been inspected so that its original, production methods, and materials are approved. It’s a way to insure the consumer is eating a safe, quality product.

There are currently four DO certified ham producing areas in Spain:

• Dehesa de Extremadura
• Guijuelo
• Jamón de Huelva
• Teruel
